The Pilton Green Man CIO is the umbrella organisation for five sub-committees:

• The Friends of Manning's Pit - The Friends of Manning's Pit

· Pilton Cinema - Home page of Pilton Cinema

• The Pilton Story - The Pilton Story

The Pilton Green Man CIO exists to support good citizenship and community wellbeing in Pilton. It does this by:

• Encouraging and developing volunteer efforts to help those in need
• Supporting charitable activities, especially in the arts and education related to Pilton’s history
• Providing grants or other assistance to benefit the Pilton ward of Barnstaple
